负载率对多层复合化学涂层工艺稳定性影响的研究

摘要 从改变负载率入手,借助球痕仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、EDX等先进检测设备,研究多层复合化学涂层工艺的稳定性问题。结果表明,负载率不可能超过50%,大多看似不同的装载量,单层负载率较高,其实总负载率约为10%-20%,对涂层工艺的稳定性影响较小,产品性能总体稳定,总负载率大于20%以上的稳定性情况还有待进一步验证。 In this paper, from the change of load rate, with the aid of ball mark, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, EDX and other advanced testing equipment, the stability of muhilayer composite coatings on chemical process is studied. The result shows that the load rate cannot exceed 50%, most of the seemingly different loading capacity, single load rate is higher, but the total load rate of about 10% -20% ,less influence on the stability of the coating process ,the product performance is generally stable, the situation of the total load rate being greater than the stability of more than 20% remains to be verified.
