摘要 目前MBD的技术研究主要集中在工艺设计、标注标准化和虚拟装配等方面,对于如何创建有效的MBD工艺信息模型仍是亟待解决的问题。本文分析了基于MBD的零件工艺信息模型的组织结构和Solid Works如何表达与组织模型的非几何信息,提出一种基于MBD的零件工艺信息模型的建模方法,并运用Solid Works API函数和Visual Basic 6.0开发了基于MBD的零件工艺信息模型辅助设计系统。 The study of the MBD is focused mainly on process design, annotation standardization and virtual assem- bly. The research on how to create an effective MBD process information model is still an urgent task. By analyzing the organization structure of part process information models based on MBD , and the SolidWorks' environment for expressing and organizing model's non-geometric information, a modeling method based on MBD for part process information was put forward. Finally, by using SolidWorks' API functions and Visual Basic 6.0, a system based on MBD for part process infor- mation model aided design was developed to assist designers in managing and organizing 3D process information of MBD models.
