摘要
针对传统内径百分表测量存在的常见误差,设计了一种三点自动定心的内径测量装置。利用圆周内均布的三点测头可以实现被测孔径的圆心定位,同时推动45°锥体沿轴线相对滑动,借助弹簧张力达到平衡,实现孔径变化的测量。使用设计的卡盘定位机构和旋转机构,可以测得孔径任一位置、任一截面的最值变化量,实现孔径的圆度、直线度参数测量。
For the common error in traditional measurement process, an inner diameter measuring device using three point automatic centering method is put forward. Firstly, the center position of a cylinder can be measured by three uniformly distributed measuring heads in circumference. Secondly, the 45 degree cone is driven to slide along the axis. At the same time, the measuring device will reach a balance by inner spring tension. Finally, the measurement of a different aperture di- ameter can be measured. Further more, a hole size can be measured in any place and any section by the chuck positioning mechanism and a rotarYomechanism design.
