摘要
介绍了一种新型固化技术处理重金属废渣的工程概况,包括工程规模、污染状况、废渣性质,从重金属废渣固化处理程序、组合式重金属废渣固化处理装置的构成与优点、新型固化剂3个方面,提出了工程应用情况。结果表明,该工程研发了一套适应性强的组合式重金属废渣固化处理装置以及一种固化效果好、成本低的XD固化剂,通过合理控制固化剂投加量、工艺参数及养护条件等影响因素,取得了良好的处理效果,可为类似的废渣处理提供理论依据与经验。
The general situation of a new solidification technology for treatment of heavy metal waste residue was introduced including project size,pollution,slag property,the engineering application was put forward from three aspects of heavy metal waste curing process,components and advantages of combined heavy metal waste solidification processing device,new curing agent.The results showed that this project has developed a set of modular heavy metal residue solidification treatment device with better applicability and a kind of high efficiency,low cost curing agent.The effect typically achieved by reasonable control of curing agent dosage,process parameters,curing conditions and other factors.Also,the project can provide theoretical experience to other similar treatments.
