摘要
曲轴箱强制通风系统,又名PCV阀,是汽车发动机曲轴箱重要的零部件。在满足正向、反向、气密性条件下,利用Solidworks对PCV阀入气腔、出气腔、阀芯、弹簧、缓冲簧挡圈进行结构设计,然后对零部件进行装配。通过流量试验台验证PCV阀的流量特性,最后得出结论。
Positive crackcase ventilation system,also known as the PCV valve,automobile engine crankcase is important parts.Under the condition of forward,reverse,air tightness,using solidworks to PCV valve into the chamber,gas chamber,valve core,spring,buffer spring,collar structure design,and then to assemble parts.PCV valve flow characteristics are verified through the flow test rig. Conclusion in the end.
