摘要
大学生创业联盟已成为大学生开启创业的重要途径。基于两个典型的大学生创业联盟案例,采用内容分析法挖掘和识别出大学生创业联盟运行过程中的基本要素,包括组织目标、运行机制、创业教育、创业实践、创业资源和保障条件等内容。其中,合作、学习与激励是联盟的三大基础运行机制,创业教育和创业实践是联盟的核心功能,创业资源的整合是联盟运转和创业成功的关键。在此基础上,结合大学生创业联盟建设的现实经验,构建了大学生创业联盟的基本模型,为其建立和发展提供借鉴。
The university students' entrepreneurial league has become a significant approach for universitystudents to start their own business. Through the case study of two university students' entrepreneurial leagues, thepaper identifies essential elements in the operation of the league, including organizational goals, operationalmechanism, entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial practice, entrepreneurial resources and supportingconditions. Among these elements, collaboration, learning and incentive mechanism are the three basic operationalmechanisms of the league; entrepreneurial education and practice are the core functions of the league; theintegration of entrepreneurial resources is key to league maintenance and student entrepreneurship. Furthermore,based on the practical experience of these cases, the study establishes a conceptual model for university studentsentrepreneurial league in hopes of providing some references for its establishment and development.
