新闻从业者在新闻采访与写作中经常要面临价值选择上的"两难"冲突,以至在道德选择中陷入左右为难的伦理困境。新闻采访的"茶水发炎"事件和新闻写作的"媒介审判"事件就是具有代表性的两个佐证。伦理困境的存在,理性上困扰人们的道德选择,情感上拷问人们的道德良心。揭示新闻采写伦理困境的成因,把握伦理困境中道德选择的方向,是超越新闻采写伦理困境的可能路径。

News practitioners often face the ＂dilemma＂ in the value choice in news interviews and writing, and even fall into the ethical dilemma in moral choice. News interview of ＂tea inflammation events＂ and news writing of＂ ＂media trial incident＂ are the representatives. The existence of＂ ethical dilemma plagues people＇s moral choices rationally and tortures people＇s moral conscience. The paper shows revealing the causes of＂ the ethical dilemma of news writing and grasping the direction of＂ moral choice in the ethical dilemma are the possible paths of transcending the ethical dilemma of news writing.
