我国高校知识产权保护研究的回顾、反思与展望

Review,Reflection and Prospect of Researches on University Intellectual Property Rights Protection in China

我国高校知识产权保护研究经历萌芽、发展、争鸣和深化等四个阶段,研究的主要内容涉及高校知识产权保护的意蕴、必要性、目的和作用、存在问题和主要策略等方面。当前,我国高校知识产权保护研究存在研究成果的转化利用相对滞后、理论研究的深度和广度不够、研究过程与论证略显松散和随意、缺乏科学性等问题。后续研究应着力于理论体系研究,探索高校知识产权保护的价值特征;深入开展协同创新研究,实现理论与实践的融合;着力本土化研究与域外经验借鉴的有机结合。

The researches on university intellectual property rights protection in China, in which the significance, necessity, purpo- ses, functions, problems are involved, and its evolution has gone through four stages of germination, development, contending and deepening. At present, some problems still exist, such as time - delay transformation of research contributuion, lack of depth and breadth in theoretical research, loose organization in research processes and argnmantation, shortage of scientificitys. Therefore, the further researches should be fucused on the theoretical system research on the value of university intellectual property rights protection, the collaborative innovation research in integration of theory and practice, and the combination of the localization research and foreign experience reference.
