Analysis Dimension of Professional Degree Graduate Quality Based on Competency Model

文章应用SPSS21.0软件,通过设计和编制调查问卷对全日制专业学位研究生质量分析维度进行研究。首先,运用Bartlett球形度和KMO检验问卷搜集数据是否适合做因子分析。再根据胜任力模型的特征,进行主成分分析。最终得到一个包含知识与专业基础能力、人际交往能力、身体素质、个性品质、处事心态的五维度专业学位研究生质量的胜任力模型。此研究不仅有利于提高专业学位研究生质量,还能促进专业学位研究生职业生涯发展。

This paper is intended to study the analysis dimensions of full - time professional degree graduates quahty, me research is conducted via a questionnaire and SPSS21.0, using Bartlett spherical degree and KMO test whether the collected data is suitable for factor analysis and then principal component analysis being conducted, according to the characteristics of competency model. Finally, a competency model is attained, which is composed of five dimensions, including interpersonal skills, knowledge and professional basic ability, personality, attitudes and physical qualities. This study not only helps to improve the quality of professional degree graduates, but also promote the career development of professional degree graduates.
