情绪智力与高校科研团队创新绩效:工作嵌入的中介作用 被引量:11

摘要 高情绪智力的科研团队往往被认为能够通过提升其成员工作嵌入度为团队带来高绩效,但对其作用机制和是否具有科学性依然缺乏实证支撑。文章基于情绪智力、工作嵌入与创新绩效的相互作用机制和逻辑关系,在界定何为高校科研团队以及阐述情绪智力内涵基础之上,讨论情绪智力是否对高校科研团队的创新绩效产生影响以及工作嵌入的中介作用。结果表明:情绪智力与高校科研团队的创新绩效之间存在显著正效应,即情绪智力越高的科研团队的创新绩效越高,其中,团队成员的工作嵌入在这一关系中发挥重要的中介作用。 It is believed that a reseach team with high emotional intelligence can bring about a high performance, but no empirical reseacbes provide support for its working mechanism and its scientific nature. Based on the logic relationship and the interaction mecha- nism between the emotional quality, job embeddedness and innovation performance, as well as the definition of emotional intelligence and connotation of scientific research team in universities, this article is to investigate the role of emotional intelligence in the innova- tion performance of the team and the mediating effects of job embeddedness. The results indicate that high emotional intelligence team has a significant positive impact on the innovation performance, and the work of researchers in this relationship has played an important role in the mediation.
