大学生传染病感染者对自身污名的理解与教育应对

摘要 大学生存在较高的传染病自我污名,同时传染病自我污名严重影响了大学生的身心健康与社会资源的获得。研究者已从心理学、社会文化以及文化道德等角度探讨了传染病污名形成的机制。根据其形成机制,提出传染病污名干预的三种措施:加强校园宣传与教育、运用心理咨询策略以及构建家庭支持系统。 College students have higher self - stigma of infectious diseases, and it seriously affect negatively college students' physical and mental health, as well as their access to social resources. The paper is intended to explore the formation mechanism of infectious disease stigma from the perspectives of psychology, social culture and cultural morality and, on the basis, to put forward three measures of intervene infectious disease stigma: to strengthen the campus publicity and education, ti use psychological consultation strategies, and to constructe the family sunnort system.
