高校既是传播国家意识形态的重要阵地,也是国外敌对势力渗透西方意识形态的重要渠道,能否把握住高校意识形态主动权关系到我国高等人才培养的质量。有鉴于此,高校要通过巩固马克思主义指导地位,系统建设高校意识形态;弘扬社会主义核心价值观,系统建设良好的校园文化氛围;壮大高校主流思想舆论,系统建设中国特色社会主义理论体系等路径来安全建设意识形态。

Colleges and universities are of great importance in the publicity of a country＇s ideology and an important methods for adversary countries to infiltrate Western ideology. Whether we can take the initiatives of college ideology in our own hands has everything to do with the cultivation of talents. On that account, colleges and universities should systematically construct college ideology by consolidating Marxism, building campus culture and advancing and enriching socialist core values, and strengthening mainstream ideological and public opinions to systematically construct socialist theory with Chinese characteristics.
