摘要 随着新建地方本科院校内部与外部环境的急剧变化,通过构建继续教育机制为现有劳动群体提供继续学习、更新、提升知识与技能的机会、手段与能力以支持学校转型发展、内涵式发展乃至提升学校与国家的核心竞争力,这是理论界与实践界的共识。那么如何构建继续教育机制呢?当前新建本科院校教师继续教育需求是多方驱动(教师、学校、政府、NGO等),总体上呈现出多元化、层次化、个性化的特征。为满足多元化、层次化、个性化的新建本科院校继续教育需求,在比较MOOC与SPOC、借鉴继续教育网络平台经验的基础上,构建了"需求驱动、学校主导、多元供给"的,基于SPOC的一站式学习平台及其相应运行机制。 With the swift changes of internal and external environment of the newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities, it's a consensus of theoretical and practice cycles that providing opportunities, means and capabilities of continuously learning, updating and upgrading knowledge and skill for existing labor groups through construction of continuing education mechanism, which could support the transformational and connotative development of colleges and universities, and even could help raise the core competi- tiveness of colleges and universities as well as the country. Then how to construct the continuing education mechanism? It's driven in many ways ( teachers, schools, government, NGOs, etc. ) regarding teachers' continuing education needs of the newly-buih undergrad- uate universities at present, presenting a diversified, layering and personalized feature as a whole. On the basis of comparing MOOC and SPOC as well as using experiences of continuing education network platform for reference, a SPOC-based one-stop learning platform and its corresponding operation mechanism are constructed featuring "demand driven, university leaded and multiple supply" in order to satisfy diversified, layering and personalized requirements on continuing education of newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities.
