基于Logistic模型对河南省新型职业农民接受远程培训意愿的分析

Analysis of New Occupation Farmers' Willingness of Distance Training in Henan Province Based on Logistic Model

为探索河南省新型职业农民远程培训意愿的影响因素,以河南省虞城、汝阳、沈丘等5个县共248名新型职业农民为研究对象,利用Logistic回归模型对性别、年龄、所需承担的费用等因素与新型职业农民远程培训意愿进行回归分析。结果表明,新型职业农民接受远程培训意愿与性别、年龄、所需承担的费用呈显著负相关,与文化程度、家庭互联网接入情况、计算机和网络应用水平、新型职业农民培训经历呈显著正相关。建议加大宣传力度,提高女性参与远程培训的积极性,将培训资金纳入财政预算并逐年增加投入,创新远程培训方式满足新型职业农民多元化需求,提高培训的针对性与时效性。

In order to explore the influence factors of new occupation farmers＇ willingness of distance training in Henan Province, the article takes 248 new occupation farmers from five counties, such as Yucheng, Ruyang, Shenqiu as researching objects by using the Logistic regression model to analyze the willingness of distance training of new occupation farmers. The results showed that the willing- ness of new occupation farmers accepting distance training is negatively correlated with sex, age and the cost of distance training, and positively correlated with their educational level, the situation of family Internet access, application level of computer and network and training experience. As a result, several suggestions were put forward, such as increasing the propaganda, improving women＇s partici- pation in the distance training, incorporate the training funds in the budget and increases it year by year, as well as innovating distance training methods to satisfy diverse training needs of new occupation farmers and improving the relevance and timeliness of training, etc.
