摘要
综述了半导体纳米材料用于电化学检测有机污染物的电极反应基本原理。并以肼和硝基苯酚的分析检测为例,重点介绍了基于几种典型半导体纳米材料修饰的电化学传感器的应用研究进展,最后对半导体纳米材料修饰电极的发展方向进行了展望。
The basic mechanism of electrode reaction in electrochemically detection of organic contaminants by semiconductor nanomaterials was reviewed.The application research advances of electrochemical sensors based on typical semiconductor nanomaterials were recommended,taking an example of hydrazine and nitrophenol analysis.Finally,future research and development of semiconductor nanomaterials modified electrodes were prospected.
