摘要
以乙酸锌[Zn(CH_3COO)_2·2H_2O]、硝酸铈[Ce(NO_3)_3]为原料,脱脂棉为模板,采用浸渍-热转化法制备出一系列铈(Ce)掺杂量不同的氧化锌(ZnO)复合中空材料,利用SEM、TG、XRD对Ce/ZnO进行表征。借助罗丹明B的脱色降解作为模板反应,考察煅烧温度和Ce掺杂量对Ce/ZnO光催化性能的影响。结果表明:700℃煅烧3h制得的Ce掺杂量为1%的Ce/ZnO复合中空材料对罗丹明B的降解效果最佳,紫外灯照射2h可使罗丹明B溶液的降解率达到100%。
A serials of ZnO doped with different amounts of Ce materials were obtained by using Zinc acetate[(CH3COO)2·2H2O],Cerium(Ⅲ)nitrate[Ce(NO3)3]as raw materials,degreasing cotton as the template through dipping-thermal conversion method.SEM,TG and XRD were used to examine the morphology and structure of Ce/ZnO.The degradation of rhodamine B was used as the model reaction,the effects of Ce content and calcining temperature on the photocatalytic performance of Ce/ZnO were studied.The experiment results indicated that 1% Ce-doped ZnO obtained under700℃ for 3hexhibited the optimal photocatalytic activity.The degradation of rhodamine B solution could reach up to 100%when the UV light radiation time was 2h.
