线型螺旋静电纺丝法制备PAN纳米纤维 被引量:2

摘要 采用线性螺旋金属丝取代传统的针头式纺丝喷头实现了PAN纳米纤维多射流纺丝,探究了工艺参数对纤维细度及纤维膜形貌的影响。实验结果表明:纺丝电压为28kV时纤维细度和直径均匀性较好,纺丝距离为15cm时纤维粘连和再溶结现象得到明显改善;线性螺旋静电纺丝法制备的纤维膜厚度均匀性明显优于传统单针头静电纺丝方法。 PAN nanofibers were produced by needleless electrospinning technology with spiral coils as spinnerets.Spiral coils were adopted to replace the traditional spinning needles in this equipment.The results showed that,the fineness and diameter of fiber were uniform when the voltage was 28 kV.The phenomenon of adhesion and redissolution were improved when the distance between the spiral coil and the collector was 15 cm.Compared to the traditional eletrospinning method,more uniform nanofibers membranes could be perapared by the needleless electrospinning technology with spiral coils.
