摘要
采用电沉积法将肌红蛋白(Mb)、海藻酸钠(SA)和石墨烯(GR)混合物沉积到离子液体碳糊电极(CILE)上,制备了修饰电极(Nafion/Mb-SA-GR/CILE),并利用红外光谱、紫外光谱和扫描电镜对此修饰电极材料的结构和形貌进行了表征。同时考察了该修饰电极在pH=7.0的磷酸缓冲溶液中的电化学性能和对三氯乙酸(TCA)的电催化性能。结果表明:SA-GR复合膜具有良好的生物相容性和导电性能,其电子转移数为0.701,电子传递系数α为0.359,反应速率常数ks为0.138s-1。Nafion/Mb-GR-SA/CILE对TCA表现出优异的电催化性能,且重现性好,稳定性高。
The mixtures of myoglobin(Mb),sodium alginate(SA)and graphene(GR)were deposited onto the surface of carbon ionic liquid electrode(CILE)to form the modified electrode(nafion/Mb-SA-GR/CILE)by the electrode position method.And then,the structure and morphology of modified electrode materials were characterized by FT-IR,UV spectrum and SEM.Simultaneously,the modified electrode’s electrochemical properties and electrocatalytic activity toward trichloroacetic acid(TCA)were investigated in the pH=7.0PBS buffer solution.Experimental results showed that SA-GR composite membrane possessed good biocompatibility and electric conductivity with the electron transfer number as 0.701,the charge transfer coefficientαas 0.359 and the electron-transfer rate constant ksas 0.138s-1.Nafion/Mb-GR-SA/CILE showed excellent electrocatalytic ability toward TCA as well as good reproducibility and high stability.
