摘要
以不同分子量的聚乙二醇(PEG)和甲基四氢苯酐(MTHPA)为原料合成了双端羧基聚合物,然后与环氧树脂(E51)反应,制得非离子型水性环氧树脂PEG-MTHPA-E51,并用其作乳化剂对环氧树脂E51进行乳化。结果表明,当PEG分子量为2000、4000和6000时制得的乳化剂都能将环氧树脂E51乳化为稳定的乳液,当PEG分子量为2000时乳化得到的乳液粒径在100nm以下,乳化温度为30℃,环氧树脂与乳化剂的最佳配合比为4∶3。
A polymer with double terminal carboxyl group was prepared by PEG with different molecule and MTHPA,then it was reacted with E51,a nonionic water based epoxy PEG-MTHPA-51 was obtained.Here it was used as an emulsifier to emulsify E51.Results showed that:when the molecule of PEG was 2000,4000,6000 the obtained emulsifier could have a nice emulsification character,when the molecule was 2000,the size of emulsion was less than100 nm.With 30℃emulsifying temperature,the best ratio of epoxy and emulsifier was 4∶3.
