摘要
采用离子交联法制备了负载表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)的壳聚糖微粒(EGCG-CS-MP),研究了EGCG-CS-MP的体外释放及抗氧化特性。结果表明:EGCG-CS-MP的包封率达到51.44%,载药量为55.22mg/g。EGCG-CS-MP的体外释放行为在4h左右完成,37℃时释放速度最大,低pH会加快其释放速度而高浓度的NaCl会减缓其释放速度。EGCG-CS-MP在人工胃液中比人工肠液中更易释放,最大释放率达78.07%。EGCG-CS-MP表现出良好的铁离子还原力,且对O_2^-·和·OH均有很好的清除活性,说明EGCG-CS-MP具有良好的抗氧化性能。
Epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)loaded chitosan microparticles(EGCG-CS-MP)were prepared using ionic crosslinking.In vitro release behavior and the antioxidant property of EGCG-CS-MP was studied.The results showed that the entrapment efficiency of 51.44% and the loading capacity of 55.22mg/g on EGCG-CS-MP were achieved.The release behavior of EGCG-CS-MP was completed beyond 4h,and the release speed was higher at 37℃relative to other temperatures.Low pH value accelerated while high concentration NaCl delayed the release process.The release behavior of EGCG-CS-MP occurred easily in stimulated gastric fluid than that in stimulated intestinal fluid,and the maximum release pecentage was 78.07%.EGCG-CS-MP exhibited strong Ferric ion reducing antioxidant power and possessed potent scavenging activities on O2-·and·OH,suggesting that EGCG-CS-MP had excellent antioxidant property.
