摘要
以高锰酸钾为锰源,利用水热合成法在氢氟酸(HF)溶液中制备了β-MnO_2纳米棒自组装花球。系统研究了HF用量、水热反应温度及反应时间对产物结构和形貌的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、环境扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)等测试技术对所得产物进行了分析和表征。控制HF用量为2mL,150℃水热反应24h得到了纳米棒自组装而成的β-MnO_2花球,大小分布均匀,尺寸约为7μm。所得产物在降解亚甲基蓝溶液的过程中表现出优越的催化特性。
β-MnO2 ball-flower self-assembled by nanorods was synthesized via hydrothermal treatment by using KMnO4 as manganese sources in hydrofluoric acid(HF).The effects of the amounts of HF,reaction temperature and reaction time on the morphology and structure of material were systematically investigated.The as-prepared material was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),environmental scanning electron microscope(SEM)and UV-Vis spectrophotometer(UV-Vis)techniques.β-MnO2 ball flowers self-assembled by nanorods were obtained by hydrothermal treating KMnO4 in2 mL HF solution at 150℃ for 24 h.The material exhibited excellent catalytic properties for the degradation of methylene blue(MB).
