化学镀银工艺对玻璃纤维性能影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 运用硅烷偶联剂KH580对玻璃纤维表面进行改性,采用化学镀的方法制得银包覆的玻璃纤维导电材料。对其工艺进行研究并利用X射线衍射(XRD)表征样品的物相结构,扫描电镜(SEM)表征微观形貌,实验结果表明巯基改性玻璃纤维镀层均匀致密。当硝酸银浓度为15g/L、葡萄糖浓度为23.8g/L、化学镀温度为50℃、化学镀时间为70min时,制得的银包覆玻璃纤维导电材料导电性能较好,电导率为9.26×105S/m。 The glass fibers were modified by silane coupling agents KH580.The silver coated glass fiber conductive material was prepared by using electroless plating method.The process was studied and the structure and surface morphology of Ag-coated glass fibers were investigated respectively by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),as well as the producing process.The results showed that the plating modified by mercapto group on the surface of glass fibers was dense and uniform.When the concentration of silver nitrate was 15g/L,the concentration of glucose23.8g/L,plating time 70 min,plating temperature 50℃,producing silver coated fibers presented good conductive property with the conductivity of 9.26×105S/m.
