摘要
丝素蛋白是一种天然高分子生物材料,它具有独特的结构及自组装能力,无毒性、无刺激性、优良的生物相容性和可降解性等特点。由丝素蛋白制备的水凝胶具适宜的机械强度,可控的药物释放速度及药物存储和缓释性。本文基于丝素蛋白的结构特点及制备方法,综述了近年来丝素蛋白水凝胶作为药物载体材料的研究进展。
Silk fibroin(SF)is a kind of natural polymeric biomaterials,which has unique structural properties,selfassembling ability,non toxicity,non irritating,good biocompatibility and biodegradability.Silk hydrogel has the advantages of appropriate mechanical properties,controlling drug release speed,storing drugs and sustaining release.Based on the structure characteristics and prepared method of silk fibroin,an overview of the recent research progress of silk hydrogels used as drug delivery material was provided.
