摘要
分析了当前内蒙古烟草IT运维的状况及存在的问题.根据现代信息系统运维模型标准,提出运维知识库建设的具体方案.可有效解决当前IT运维存在的问题,提升故障处理能力.
Problems of information system operation and maintenance in Inner Mongolia Tobacco Industry are analyzed. According to the standard of modern IT operation and maintenance model, a viable solution is proposed which is based on database and information retrieval technique. By this model the current problems in IT operation and maintenance can be solved effectively to improve the ability of fault treatment.
