摘要
线粒体是细胞内最重要的细胞器之一,在人体代谢中发挥重要生理作用.线粒体的结构和功能紊乱能导致多种疾病,靶向线粒体给药在现代疾病治疗中具有非常重要的意义.阐述了四类靶向线粒体的载体给药系统,并介绍其局限性和解决思路.
Mitochondria are one of the most important organelles in the cells and play a key role in the energy metabolism of human body. Mitochondrial dysfunctions lead to various diseases. Therefore,the development of mitochondria-targeted drug delivery system is very important in the treatment of mitochondria related diseases. In current review, four types of mitochondria-targeted drug delivery were described, as well as their limits and possible solutions.
