预应力碳纤维板加固矩形梁的试验研究

Experimental analysis of rectangular beams reinforced by prestressed carbon fiber

摘要 以往使用不施加预应力的碳纤维材料加固构件不能最大限度发挥材料性能,预应力碳纤维板加固技术可有效解决上述缺陷。本文在此基础上优化了锚固设备,并对6根采用外部粘贴预应力碳纤维板加固的构件进行了抗弯试验,分析了3套锚具的性能,研究了预应力碳纤维板加固对试件特征荷载、裂缝发展、碳板与钢筋协同性等的影响。试验结果表明:预应力碳纤维板加固可显著提高受弯构件开裂及屈服荷载,减小构件使用阶段内的变形,充分发挥碳纤维材料性能。 Using carbon fiber material reinforced component can not maximize material properties,while the plate reinforcement technology of prestressed carbon fiber can effectively solve this defect. On the basis of these,the anchoring equipments are optimized,and the bending tests with six components reinforced by external prestressed CFRP plate are conducted. Then the performance of three sets of anchorage is analyzed and the effect of the prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement on the characteristic load,crack development,synergy effect between carbonfiberplate and reinforcement is explained. The test results show that the prestressed CFRP plate can significantly improve the cracking load and yield load of the flexural members,reduce the deformation in the use of the component,and display the performance of carbon fiber materials fully.
