两个中药制剂对HAART效果影响的评价

Impact of two Chinese medicine preparations on efficacy of highly active antiretroviral therapy:a cross-sectional study

目的探讨参灵扶正胶囊和清毒胶囊两个治疗艾滋病的中药制剂,对高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)疗效的影响。方法对接受HAART(A组)、HAART联合参灵扶正胶囊(B组)和HAART联合清毒胶囊(C组)治疗分别达6个月以上的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者和病人进行横断面调查,检测并比较不同治疗组HIV核糖核酸(RNA)、T淋巴细胞亚群和HIV耐药性突变。结果在A、B、C组中,HIV RNA<100拷贝/mL者分别占91.76%、83.52%和86.55%,HIV RNA达100~1 000拷贝/mL者分别占4.12%、7.95%和4.68%,≥1 000拷贝/mL者分别占4.12%、8.52%和8.77%。3组CD4+T淋巴细胞计数分别为(370.68±1.77)个/μL、(345.60±1.71)个/μL和(327.67±1.85)个/μL,HIV耐药性突变发生率分别为1.18%、3.41%和4.68%。HIV RNA等级分布、CD4+T淋巴细胞计数和HIV耐药性突变发生率的组间差异均无统计学意义。结论参灵扶正胶囊和清毒胶囊未对HAART的疗效产生不利影响。

Objective To investigate the impact of two Chinese medicine preparations, Shengling Fuzheng Cap- sule and Qingdu Capsule, on the efficacy of highly active antiretroviral therapy （HAART）. Methods A cross-sec- tional study was conducted among human immunodeficiency virus （HIV）/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （AIDS） patients receiving HAART （Group A）, HAART in combination with Shengling Fuzheng Capsule （Group B）, or HAART in combination with Qingdu Capsule （Group C） for more than six months, respectively. HIV RNA, T lymphocyte subsets, and HIV drug resistance mutations were detected and compared between different groups. Results 91. 76% of patients in Group A, 83.52% in Group B and 86.55% in Group C had HIV RNA lev- els 〈 100 copies/mL. Patients with HIV RNA levels between 100 and 1000 copies/mL accounted for 4.12%, 7.95% and 4.68% of subjects in Group A, B and C, respectively. Those with HIV RNA≥000 copies/mL were 4.12%, 8.52% and 8.77%, respectively. T cell counts were 370. 68±l. 77/L in Group A, 345.60±1.71/μL in Group 13 and 327.67±1.85 个/μL in Group C. The frequency of HIV drug resistance mutations was 1.18%, 3.41% and 4.68% in Groups A, B and C, respectively. There were no differences between groups in the ranked distribution of HIV RNA, CD4 cell counts and the frequency of HIV drug resistance mutations. Conclusion Shen- gling Fuzheng Capsule and Qingdu Capsule do not show negative impacts on HAART.
