摘要
基于需求响应多时间尺度的特性,考虑新能源、负荷、发电机组等不确定的特点,建立了计及多时间尺度备用资源的日前–日内2小时–日内15分钟备用滚动优化模型。模型中突破性地全面考虑了不同时间尺度的激励型需求响应备用资源,以及慢机机组、快速启动机组、自动发电控制3种响应速度不同的发电侧备用资源。针对风电和负荷预测精度在日前–日内2小时–日内15分钟逐步提高的特点,建立了考虑不确定性的备用容量滚动优化模型将各时间尺度的需求侧资源与发电侧资源互动,使不同时间尺度下的备用资源参与到各级备用优化中,实现不同时间尺度的需求侧备用资源与发电侧备用资源的联合优化。最后基于PJM-5节点系统和国内某省级电网系统的算例验证了模型的有效性。
Based on the multi-time scales of demand response and the uncertainty characteristics of new energy, load and conventional units, the paper established a Day Ahead-In Day 2 hours-In Day 15min reserve optimization rolling model. The model made a breakthrough in fully Considering demand response reserve resources of different time scales and three kinds of generator reserve resources in different response speeds, which are provided by slow startup units, fast startup units and automatic generation control respectively. Considering that the forecasting accuracy of wind power and load gradually increases in the three time scales, the paper designed a reserve optimization rolling model with consideration of the uncertainties, and built the interaction between incentive-based demand response and reserve resources provided by generators. So that the reserve resources in different time scales can participate in optimization at different levels to achieve the joint optimization on the reserve resources of both demand side and generation side. Finally, the examples of PJM-5 bus system and a provincial grid system verified the validity of the model.
