摘要
针对网架重构后期的大规模负荷恢复与频率控制问题,基于分时步在线决策思想,并计及风电接入的场景,提出一种源荷协调恢复决策与控制方法。通过构建源荷协调恢复控制机制,能够实现源荷两侧恢复的协调一致与负荷、风电的分批次、有序接入,确保系统频率安全。在该机制下,建立源荷协调优化模型,将单步负荷投入量最大和操作时间最短两个目标同时考虑,并计及各类安全约束,采用多目标分层序列法,并创造性引入交流潮流近似线性化方法,将其转化为混合整数线性规划问题求解,显著提高了求解效率,满足在线快速决策的要求。IEEE 118节点算例验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。
To solve the large-scale load restoration and frequency control problem during later stage of network reconfiguration, a source-load coordinated restoration decision making and control method was proposed with considering penetration of wind power. By constructing the source-load coordination control mechanism, coordination between the restoration of load side and power supply side can be realized, which guarantees the frequency security. Under this mechanism, a coordinated optimization model was built. The objectives are to maximize the amount of load pick-up and minimize the total operation time of each step. By using the lexicographic method and linear approximation method of AC power flows, it can be converted to a mixed integer linear programming problem, which can dramatically improve the computation efficiency. The cases of IEEE 118 bus system verified the effectiveness and practicability of this method.
