摘要
通过对感应电动机起动时性能的分析,发现感应电动机的剩余力矩决定了电机起动和惰行特性。感应电动机起动过程中,尤其是频繁起动过程中,启动电流是影响电机绕组发热的重要原因之一。要正确的选择感应电动机,就必须了解其起动和惰行时的性能。只有找到转数或者转差率对时间的关系,才能求得电机启动电流对时间的关系,如此才会选择合适的感应电动机,进而保证机械系统的可靠运行。
Through analyzing the starting performance of induction motor, it is found that residual torque of induction motor determines the starting and idle running characteristics. The starting current is one of the important factor of affecting heating of motor windings in starting process, especially in frequent starting process. In order to rightly choose induction motor, we should understand its starting and idle running performances. Only the relationship of rotating speed or slip with time is found out, the relationship of starting current with time can be ob- tained, so appropriate induction motor can be selected, and then reliable operation of mechani- cal system can be guaranteed.
