高等医学院校校外实践教学基地常见问题与对策探讨

Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures of Off-Campus Practice Teaching Bases in Medical Colleges and Universities

随着高等医学院校扩招和地方医院提升自身教学水平的需要,高等医学院校设置的校外实践教学基地越来越多,但因承担实践教学的校外医疗机构师资结构、教学水平等环节的差异,导致医学生在不同实践教学基地的教学效果也出现差异化。为此我们就高等医学院校校外实践教学基地常见问题与对策进行探讨,为校外教学基地的建设提出合理化建议。

With the increasing enrollment of medical colleges and universities and the needs of local hospitals to improve their teaching level, more and more off-campus practice teaching bases are set up in medical colleges and universities, However, because of the differences of teachers＇ structure, teaching level and other aspects of the external medical institutions which bear the practical teaching, the teaching effect of medical students in different practical teaching bases is also different. Therefore, we discuss the common problems and countermeasures of the extracurricular practice teaching base in higher medical colleges, and put forward some reasonable suggestions for the construction of off-campus teaching bases.
