与文献检索相结合的PBL教学法在泌尿外科临床实习教学中的应用 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨在泌尿外科临床实习带教中采用与文献检索相结合的PBL教学法的教学效果。方法选取2015~2016年在西安交通大学第一附属医院泌尿外科实习的120名临床医学专业五年制本科生,随机分为三组,1组(传统教学组)、2组(PBL教学组)以及3组(与文献检索相结合的PBL教学组),每组40人,教师对上述学生开展泌尿外科临床实习带教,并对教学效果进行客观及主观考核,对考核结果进行分析比较。结果客观考核显示3组学生的考核成绩最好,其次为2组学生,1组学生成绩最差,差异具有统计学意义;主观考核显示2组和3组学生在诊疗思维、文献检索、沟通交流和探索创新方面的表现均好于1组学生,结果均有统计学差异。结论与文献检索相结合的PBL教学法在泌尿外科临床实习带教中效果显著,值得进一步深入研究并推广。 Objective To explore the teaching efficacy of introducing and applying courses by Problembased Learning (PBL) method with literature retrieval approach to students for their internship in Urology. Methods A total of 120 5-year program medical undergraduate students, who did internship in the Department of Urology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University between 2015 and 2016, were selected and randomly divided into three groups: the conventional teaching group (Group Ⅰ); the PBL teaching group (Group Ⅱ); and the literature retrieval course + PBL teaching group (Group Ⅲ) with 40 students in each group. The internship instructing and teaching was performed to each group accordingly, and the teaching efficacy was evaluated and analyzed both by objective examination and by subjective students' self-assessment. Results The examination showed that the scores obtained by group Ⅲ were the best followed by group II, and the scores in group Ⅰ were the worst with statistically significant difference. The students' selLassessment demonstrated that the clinical thinking, literature retrieval ability, communication skills, and exploration and innovation ability of students in Group Ⅲ and Group Ⅱ were elevated than students in Group Ⅰ with statistically significant difference. Conclusion The combination of literature retrieval courses with PBL teaching methods achieve significant teaching efficacy for students during their internship in Urology, and this combined teaching methods need further evaluation and more utilization in the future. l
