小柴胡汤加减治疗寻常痤疮肝郁脾虚证30例

Thirty Cases with Acne Vulgaris of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome Treated with Modified Minor Bupleurum Decoction

目的:观察小柴胡汤加减治疗寻常痤疮肝郁脾虚证的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1—12月北京市石景山区中医医院皮肤科门诊收治的寻常痤疮患者60例,中医辨证均为肝郁脾虚证,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予小柴胡汤加减治疗,对照组给予丹参酮胶囊治疗。结果:两组治疗2周、4周后GAGS评分均优于治疗前(P<0.01),但两组GAGS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组有效率为90.00%,对照组有效率为66.67%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤加减治疗寻常痤疮肝郁脾虚证临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Modified Minor Bupleurum Decoction on acne vulgaris. Methods： Totally 60 patients with acne vulgaris of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome treated in Beijing Hospital of Chinese Medicine in Shijingshan Area between January 2014 and December 2014 diagnosed as syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. Treatment group were given Modified Minor Bupleurum Decoction while control group were given Tanshinone Capsules for the treatment. Results： After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the GAGS in both groups were superior to those before treatment（ P 〈 0. 01）,but the difference of GAGS score between two groups had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05）. The effective rate was 90. 00% in treatment group and 66. 67% in control group; treatment group were superior to control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,Conclusion： Modified Minor Bupleurum Decoction has significant therapeutic effects on acne vulgaris of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.
