乌梅丸治疗糠秕孢子毛囊炎36例

Thirty-Six Cases with Pityrosporum Folliculitis Treated with Mume Pill

目的:观察乌梅丸治疗糠秕孢子毛囊炎的疗效。方法:选取本院2013年1月-2015年12月皮肤科门诊收治的糠秕孢子毛囊炎患者74例,随机分为对照组38例和观察组36例。观察组给予乌梅丸治疗,对照组给予斯皮仁诺治疗。结果:观察组痊愈率66.7%,有效率83.3%,对照组痊愈率55.3%,有效率81.6%,两组痊愈率比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乌梅丸治疗糠秕孢子毛囊炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Mume Pill on pityrosporum folliculitis. Methods： Totally 74 cases with pityrosporum folliculitis treated between January 2013 and December 2015 were randomized into control group（ 38 cases） and observation group（ 36 cases）. Observation group were treated with Mume Pill and control group were given Sporanox. Results： The cure rate was 66. 7%,effective rate was 83. 3% in observation group while the cure rate was 55. 3%,effective rate was 81. 6% in control group; the cure rate in observation group was superior to that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the difference of effective rate between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： Mume Pill has significant therapeutic effects on pityrosporum folliculitis.
