补中益气汤治疗前列腺电切术后排尿无力临床观察

Clinical Observation of Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction for the Treatment of Acraturesis after Prostatic Electrotomy

目的:观察补中益气汤治疗前列腺电切术后排尿无力的疗效。方法:选取2014年1月—2015年1月深圳市南山区蛇口人民医院泌尿外科及中医科的门诊及住院的良性前列腺增生行经尿道前列腺电切术术后出现排尿无力的患者40例,中医辨证为气虚证。将40例患者随机分成试验组和对照组,每组20例。试验组给予补中益气汤中药免煎颗粒剂口服治疗,对照组给予甲钴胺片口服治疗。结果:试验组治疗后最大尿流率、残余尿量及国际前列腺症状评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤能改善前列腺电切术后排尿无力气虚证患者的症状。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction on acraturesis after prostatic electrotomy. Methods： Totally 40 patients with acraturesis diagnosed as qi deficiency syndrome after prostatic electrotomy treated between January 2014 and January 2015 were randomized into experiment group and control group,with 20 cases in each group. Experiment group were given oral administration of Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction while control group were given oral administration of Mecobalamine. Results： The maximum flow rate,residual urine volume and international prostatic symptom score in experiment group were superior to these in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Center-Supplementing and QiBoosting Decoction can improve the symptom of acraturesis of qi deficiency syndrome after prostatic electrotomy.
