加味温肾降浊汤配合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床研究

Clinical Research on Supplemented Kidney-Warming and Turbidity-Descending Decoction Combined with Enema of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Kidney Failure

目的:观察加味温肾降浊汤联合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2014年6月—2016年6月收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者70例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予肾衰宁颗粒及金匮肾气丸口服治疗,治疗组给予加味温肾降浊汤配合中药灌肠治疗。结果:两组临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率94.3%,对照组有效率77.1%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率94.3%,对照组有效率82.9%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候疗效比较,治疗组治疗后肌酐水平优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后BNP水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味温肾降浊汤配合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Supplemented Kidney-Warming and Turbidity-Descending Decoction combined with enema of Chinese medicine on chronic kidney failure（ CKF）. Methods： Totally 70 patients with CKF treated in this hospital between June 2014 and June 2016 were randomized into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group. Control group were orally administered with Shenshuaining Granules and Golden Cabinet’s Kidney Qi Pill while treatment group were given Supplemented Kidney-Warming and Turbidity-Descending Decoction combined with enema of Chinese medicine. Results：The effective rate was 94. 3% in treatment group and 77. 1% in control group; treatment group were superior to control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The levels of creatinine and BNP in treatment group was superior to that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Supplemented Kidney-Warming and Turbidity-Descending Decoction combined with enema of Chinese medicine has significant therapeutic effects on CKF.
