中药足浴联合穴位按摩对早期肝硬变患者睡眠质量的影响

Influence of Foot Bath with Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupoint Massage on Sleep Quality of Patients with Hepatocirrhosis in Early Stage

目的:观察中药足浴联合穴位按摩对早期肝硬变伴有失眠症患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选择本院210例伴有睡眠障碍的早期肝硬变住院患者,随机分为两组,对照组110例,干预组100例,两组均给予常规保肝抗病毒治疗,干预组在此基础上应用中药足浴及穴位按摩,治疗2周,对睡眠质量、肝功能变化进行评价。结果:治疗后两组患者PSQI评分及肝功能指标较治疗前均明显改善,干预组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药足浴联合正确穴位按摩能够显著改善早期肝硬变伴睡眠障碍患者的失眠情况,提高睡眠质量,改善肝功能。

Objective： To observe the influence of foot bath with Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage on sleep quality of patients with hepatocirrhosis in early stage. Methods： Totally 210 patients with sleep disorder due to hepatocirrhosis in early stage inpatients were randomized into control group（ 110 cases） and intervention group（ 100）. Both groups were given conventional liver-protecting and antiviral therapy. Intervention group were additionally given foot bath with Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage,2 weeks of treatment. The sleep quality and liver function were evaluated. Results： The scores of PSQI and indicators of liver function in both groups got obviously improved after the treatment,and the efficacy in intervention group was superior to that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Foot bath with Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage can significantly improve the insomnia of patients with hepatocirrhosis in early stage,which can enhance the sleep quality and improve the liver function.
