摘要
目的:观察参麦注射液对恶性肿瘤化疗后毒副反应的影响。方法:选择本院2013年3月—2014年9月收治的恶性肿瘤患者69例,所有患者均经组织病理学和细胞学确诊为各类恶性肿瘤,随机分成研究组35例和对照组34例。对照组患者依据恶性肿瘤类型的不同,采用相应的常规化疗方案治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加用参麦注射液治疗。结果:两组近期疗效比较,研究组有效率为57.1%,对照组有效率为32.4%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组提高率为54.3%,下降率为11.4%,对照组提高率为29.4%,下降率为38.2%,研究组生活质量评分提高率、下降率优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组白细胞下降率为62.8%,对照组白细胞下降率为94.1%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.01);研究组血小板下降率为54.3%,对照组血小板下降率为85.3%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.01);研究组胃肠道反应发生率为57.1%,对照组胃肠道反应发生率为79.4%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液能降低恶性肿瘤患者化疗后毒副反应发生率。
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Shenmai Injection on toxic and side effects of chemotherapy for malignant tumor. Methods: Totally 69 patients with malignant tumor treated in this hospital between March 2013 and September 2014 diagnosed as various malignant tumor by histopathology and cytology were randomized into research group( 35 cases) and control group( 34 cases). Control group were given conventional chemotherapy based on the categories of tumor while research group were added with Shenmai Injection. Results: The effective rate was 57. 1% in research group and 32. 4% in control group; research group were superior to control group( P 〈 0. 05). The enhancement rate was 54. 3% in research group and 29. 4% in control group; the decent rate was 11. 4% in research group and 38. 2% in control group( P 〈 0. 05). The descent rate of leukocyte was62. 8% in research group and 94. 1% in control group; research group were superior to control group( P 〈 0. 01). The descent rate of blood platelet was 54. 3% in research group and 85. 3% in control group; research group were superior to control group( P 〈0. 01). The occurrence rate of gastrointestinal reaction was 57. 1% in research group and 79. 4% in control group; research group were superior to control group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Shenmai Injection can reduce the occurrence rate of toxic and side effects of chemotherapy for malignant tumor.
