摘要 采用DQS-1催化剂在环管工艺装置上进行了聚丙烯(PP)Z30S树脂的生产,考察了DQS-1催化剂的立构定向能力和氢调敏感性,并对Z30S树脂进行了凝胶渗透色谱、差示扫描量热法及力学性能的分析表征。结果表明:与DQC-401催化剂相比,DQS-1催化剂具有高的立构定向能力,可减少至少20%的外给电子体用量;具有更好的氢调敏感性,可降低环管反应器内氢气浓度200 mg/kg以上;由其制备的Z30S树脂,具有更高的分子立构规整度、更少的小分子聚合物组分、窄的相对分子质量分布、更优的拉伸强度和弯曲模量。因此,DQS-1催化剂可以更好地应用于Z30S树脂的生产,具有更强的优势。 Polypropylene (PP)Z30S was produced with DQS-1 catalyst in loop process plant. The stereospecificity and hydrogen response of DQS-1 catalyst were investigated. The product was characterized by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and mechanical experiments. The results indicate that DQS-1 catalyst has higher stereospecificity and better hydrogen response than the DQC-401 catalyst, which can reduce 20% of external electron donor and the hydrogen concentration by 200 rag/ kg in loop reactor. The resin produced with DQS-1 catalyst has higher isotacticity, less low molecular weight polymer fractions, narrower molecular weight distribution, and higher tensile strength and bending strength compared with the resin produced with DQC-401 catalyst. Therefore, DQS-1 catalyst is competitive in Z30S resin production.
