摘要
综述了Ziegler-Natta催化剂中主催化剂TiCl_4、载体MgCl_2、给电子体和助催化剂三乙基铝之间的相互作用机理。首先揭示了TiCl_4与给电子体的相互作用机理,其次探索了TiCl_4在MgCl_2表面的存在状态及吸附方式,探索了给电子体在MgCl_2表面的存在状态及吸附方式,并对催化剂三种组分(主催化剂TiCl_4、载体MgCl_2、给电子体)相互作用机理进行了探讨。在此基础上,对助催化剂活化催化剂机理进行了讨论。总之,从分子尺寸解释了各组分在催化剂中的作用,揭示了Ziegler-Natta催化剂的微观机理,为催化剂性能的调控提供指导。
The mechanism of interaction between the components in Ziegler-Natta catalyst system were reviewed in this paper, which involve main catalyst TIC14, supporter MgC12, donor and cocatalyst A1Et3. The mechanism of the interaction between TiC14 and donor was explored, the states and adsorption of TiC14 on MgC12 were discussed as well as those of donor on MgC12. The components in Ziegler-Natta catalyst, TIC14, MgC12 and donor, were explored in view of interaction mechanism. The mechanism of catalyst activated by cocatalyst A1Et3 was summarized based on above discussion. It outlines the progress in clarifying the roles of the compoments in Ziegler-Natta catalyst in molecular site scale and in revealing the micromechanism of the catalyst to offer guidance for improvement of the catalyst.
