随着网络经济的发展以及国务院出台的"互联网+"战略的实施,独立学院图书馆应不断提高服务质量,加强馆员智能化服务能力、创新服务意识和构建以人为本的服务模式。未来,独立院校应提高图书馆员素质,转变服务方式,提供创新服务与智慧服务来满足学校师生日益增加的信息需求。文章对"互联网+图书馆"模式下独立学院图书馆馆员能力建设进行了研究。

With the development of network economy and the implementation of the strategy of ＂Internet ＋＂ proposed by state council, the independent college library should constantly improve the quality of service, strengthen the intelligent service ability and innovative service consciousness of librarians, and construct a human-oriented service mode. In the future, the independent colleges should improve the quality of the librarians, transform the service mode and provide innovative service and intelligence service to meet the growing information demand of teachers and students. This paper researches on capability construction of librarians of independent college under the mode of ＂Internet ＋ library＂.
