医学类高校学业警示制度的探索与实践——基于南京中医药大学2013—2016年学业警示的数据

Exploration and practice of the academic warning system in medical colleges:based on academic warning data from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in 2013-2016

高等教育的扩招使在校生的学习基础和学习能力差距扩大,医学类高校亦然,为保障教学质量和未来的医疗卫生供给质量,学业警示制度应运而生。现有的学业警示主要是以考核成绩为结果的补救式预警,虽有成效但仍需改进。文章指出必须进一步完善规章制度,加强队伍建设,改进系统软件,进而有效发挥学业警示的防错作用,才能更好地提升医学专业的办学质量乃至医疗卫生质量。

The expansion of the enrollment of higher education leads to the expanding gap of learning foundation and ability of students, and the medical universities are no exceptions. To ensure the teaching quality in the university and medical and health care ability of will-be doctors in the future, the academic warning system arises correspondingly. But the existing system is mainly remedial warning to examination results, which is effective but needs to be improved. Therefore, we must further improve the rules and regulations, strengthen team construction, and perfect the system software. Only with this improved and more effective academic warning system can we expect higher education quality of medical majors in universities and treating ability of the will-be doctors in hospitals.
