摘要
针对当前刮板输送机刮板链可靠性不高,导致故障频发降低综采工作面开机率,且缺乏通用的标准与方法指导可靠性工作实施等缺陷,基于全寿命周期理论和可靠性标准理念,综合分析当前刮板输送机刮板链标准建设存在的3个主要问题,归纳总结刮板输送机刮板链在研发设计、生产制造、运输贮存、使用维护4个寿命周期阶段的主要可靠性工作,制定相应的产品标准、试验标准以及方法标准等对4个寿命周期阶段的可靠性工作进行规范,构建了刮板输送机刮板链全寿命周期可靠性标准体系,对于刮板输送机刮板链可靠性的提升、避免故障的发生提供参考。
Aimed at the current situation that the reliability was too low to lead to frequent problems reducing the boot rate of fully-mechanized coal mining face,and the lack of common standards and methods to guide the implementation of reliability,reliability standard concept and scraper chain based on whole life cycle was put forward. The three main problems existing in the current standard system construction were comprehensively analysed. The main reliability works of scraper chain on design,manufacturing,transportation and storage,maintenance were tracked and guided. The standards such as product standards,test standards and method standards were determined to regularize the reliability works. The reliability standard system on whole life cycle of scraper chain was constructed,which had a certain guiding significance on the improvement of reliability and precaution of problems.
