中医治未病在区域健康管理中的应用调查研究

Applied research of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of disease in the area of health management

目的调查中医治未病在区域健康管理中的应用情况。方法采用横断面调查研究方法随机选取姜堰区域内前来健康体检或咨询的人员计217人进行访谈与问卷填写,调查受访人员对中医治未病的认知情况。结果 75.12%的居民能正确理解"健康",78.34%的人对中医治未病有一定认识,并认为治未病的主要服务对象是健康与亚健康者,79.72%的人认为治未病主要用于预防,90.32%的人认为体质可调,77.88%的人认为改善体质是促进健康的基础,61.69%的人曾接受过中医体质辨识,92.63%的人接受过治未病服务。结论区域内居民对中医治未病有一定程度的了解,中医治未病在区域健康管理的应用已初见成效。

Objective To investigate the application situation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of disease in the area of health management. Methods Cross sectional research method was used to randomly select 217 people who came to Jiangyan area for health examination or consultation, interview, and questionnaire to investigate the cognitive status of the patients treated by traditional Chinese medicine. Results 75.12% of residents could correctly understand ＂health＂ .78.34% of people had certain understanding of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of disease, and they thank that the main target of treatment of disease was heahh and sub-health. 79.72% of people believed that the disease is mainly used for prevention. 90.32% of people thank that physical fitness could be adjusted. 77.88% of people believed that improving physical fitness was the basis for health promotion. 61.69% of the people had been recognized Chinese Medicine Constitution. 92.63% of people received treatment for disease. Conclusion Residents in the region have a certain degree of understanding of Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of disease. The application of Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of disease has achieved initial success in regional health management.
