摘要 目的回顾性分析我地区4359例儿童微量元素结果,了解本地区儿童微量元素水平。方法选择2014年1月~2015年12月在我院门诊进行微量元素检测的4359例儿童的结果进行回顾性分析,比较不同年龄段儿童微量元素水平。结果 1~3岁组钙水平均偏低,0~1岁组婴儿锌和铁含量最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。21.91%的儿童有锌缺乏的情况,其中1~3岁组比例最高,与其他年龄段比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);3.46%的儿童有锌水平升高,其中3~7岁组年龄段比例最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2.45%的儿童有低钙血症,其中7~13岁组比例最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);15.23%钙水平升高,1~3岁组比例最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。29.34%的儿童缺铁,其中1~3岁组有较高的比例,与其他年龄段比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论本地区儿童微量元素缺乏仍然以锌、钙、铁异常为主,部分儿童存在上述微量元素升高的情况,因此在进行膳食搭配方面应做到科学合理,避免过多摄入。 Objective To retrospective analyze of the results of 4359 cases children trace elements, and to understand the level of children trace elements in the region. Methods The results of 4359 cases children irate element in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected. The levels of children trace elements of different ages were compared. Results The levels of Ca in 1-3 year old group was lower, and the levels of Zn and Fe in 0-1 year old group were lower, the difference was statistically signifieant(P 〈 0.05). There were 21.91% of children with Zn deficiency, and the proportion of the 0-1 year old group was the highest(P 〈 0.01). 46% of children had elevated levels of Zn, and the proportion of the 3-7 year old group was the highest(P 〈 0.01). There were 2.45% of the children with hypocalcemia, and the proportion of the 7-13 year old group was the highest(P 〈 0.01). 15.23% of children had elevated levels of Ca, and the proportion of the 1-3 year old group was the highest(P 〈 0.01). There were 29.34% of children with Fe deficiency, and 1-3 year old group were higher(P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The mainly deficiency of children trace elements were Zn, Ca and Fe in the region, and some children have the above trace elements. Therefore, we should be scientific and reasonable in the diet, to avoid excessive intake.
