氨磺必利联合丙戊酸镁治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效分析

Efficacy of amisulpride combined with magnesium valproate in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia

目的研究氨磺必利联合丙戊酸镁治疗难治性精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年1~6月60例难治性精神分裂症患者为研究对象,将纳入患者按随机抽签法分为研究组与对照组,每组30例。研究组采用氨磺必利联合丙戊酸镁治疗,对照组单纯使用氨磺必利治疗,比较两组治疗3个月后阳性和阴性症状(PANSS)评分与不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗后PANSS总分为(51.67±9.21)分显著低于对照组的(60.12±8.87)分(P<0.05)。两组恶心呕吐、脱发、嗜睡、失眠、体质量增加、胃肠道异常、内分泌异常、心血管异常发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨磺必利联合丙戊酸镁可以发挥药物协同作用,增强药物效果,改善精神分裂症状,同时不会显著增加不良反应,具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To study clinical efficacy of amisulpride combined with magnesium valproate in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia. Methods A total of 60 patients with refractory schizophrenia cured in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 were selected as study subjects, and they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. Patients in study group were treated with amisulpride combined with magnesium valproate, and patients in control group were treated with amisulpride alone. After 3 months of treatment, the scores of Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, PANSS score in the study group was significantly lower than the control group [（51.67 ± 9.21） vs （60.12 ± 8.87）] （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea and vomiti.ng, hair loss, drowsiness, insomnia, body weight increase, gastrointestinal abnormalities, endocrine abnormalities and cardiovascular abnormalities between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Amisulpride combined with magnesium valproate can play a synergistic effect, improve effects of drugs and relieve symptoms of schizophrenia, without significantly increasing adverse reactions.
