丹红注射液联合血必净注射液治疗严重脓毒症的临床疗效分析

Clinical curative effect analysis of Danhong injection combined with Xuebijing injection in the treatment of severe sepsis

目的探讨分析应用丹红注射液联合血必净注射液治疗严重脓毒症的临床效果。方法将我院2015年6月~2016年6月期间收治的严重脓毒症患者160例作为研究对象并以双盲法随机分组,对照组80例予以静脉滴注血必净注射液治疗,研究组80例在对照组治疗基础上予以静脉滴注丹红注射液治疗。将两组临床疗效情况进行对比分析。结果实施治疗后,两组患者的体温(T)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(R)及APACHEⅡ评分等相关生命指标,白细胞数(WBC)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-a)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)以及白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原(PCT)等相关炎症指标,丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)以及尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)和磷酸激酶同工酶(CPK)等相关生化指标等,均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后研究组各指标显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,两组均未发生相关不良反应。治疗后,研究组患病死率为27.50%,明显低于对照组患者病死率的40.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用丹红注射液联合血必净注射液针对严重脓毒症患者实施治疗,可以产生明显的效果,可以有效改善患者相关各项生命指标、炎症指标及生化指标,具有极大的推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the application of Danhong injection combined with Xuebijing injection for patients with severe sepsis in the implementation of the clinical treatment effect. Methods 160 cases of patients with severe sepsis cured in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as research group.According to souble blind method,they were divided into two groups.80 cases in control group were treated with intravenous drip of Xuebijing injection treatment,and 80 cases in study group were treated with intravenous infusion of Danhong injection treatment on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the T,HR,R and APACHE II score and other related life indicators of the two groups,WBC,TNF-,IL-6,IL- 10 alpha,CRP inflammatory markers and PCT,ALT,AST,BUN,Cr and CPK and other related biochemical indicators were significantly lower than those before treatment（P 〈 0.05）.The above indicators in study group were significantly lower than those in control group（P 〈 0.05）.In the course of treatment,the two groups did not have adverse reactions. After treatment,the death rate of the study group was 27,50%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group with 40%（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The application of Danhong injection combined with Xuebijing injection in patients with severe sepsis treatment can have a significant effect,effectively improve the patients life related indicators,inflammation index and biochemical indexes.It has great popularization and application value.
