摘要 目的分析晚断脐与新生儿血氧含量的变化。方法选取广东省中山市陈星海医院(以下简称我院)2014年3月~2016年3月150例新生儿作为研究对象,包括100例顺新与50例优剖宫产新生儿,根据断脐时间的不同,分为观察组和对照组各75例,观察组在新生儿出生30秒后断脐,对照组则在新生儿出生后10秒内断脐。比较两组新生儿红细胞、血红蛋白以及红细胞压积。此外,将观察组分为30、60与90s断脐三组,分析不同断脐时间对新生儿血氧含量的影响。结果观察组新生儿出生后24h红细胞、血红蛋白以及红细胞压积均高于对照组新生儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但两组新生儿的胆红素水平以及达峰时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论晚断脐不会增加新生儿的胆红素水平,可以有效提高新生儿的血红蛋白浓度,减少缺铁性贫血发生率,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze late navel and neonatal blood oxygen content changes. Methods 150 cases of neonatal in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2014 were selected as the research object,including 100 cases of suitable new and 50 cases of cesarean section newborn.Depending on the break time of umbilical,they were divided into observation group and control group with 75 cases in each.The umbilical cord cutting time of observation group was after the birth of 30 s,and the umbilical cord cutting time of control group was 10 seconds off navel after birth. The neonatal erythrocyte,hemoglobin and red blood cells depositedof the two groups were compared.In addition,the observation group was divided into 30 s broken umbilical,60 s and 90 s umbilicus.Different umbilical broken time effects on neonatal blood oxygen content was analyzed. Results The 24 h after birth erythrocyte,hemoglobin and red blood cells deposited newborns of observation group were higher than those of control group,there was significant difference(P 〈 0.05),and there was statistical significance.But there was no obvious difference on neonatal bilirubin level and tmax between the two gronps(P 〉 0.05),and there was no statistical significance. Conclusion Late break umbilical doesn't increase neonatal bilirubin level.It can effectively improve the newborn' s hemoglobin concentration.and reduce the incidence of iron deficiency anemia.h is worth popularizing in clinical aplalication.
