摘要
飞针测试机更适合测试小批量的产品以及每PNL板上的测试点数在某个数值以下的产品(主要原因在于飞针的速度慢);通用测试机更适合测试大批量的产品以及每PNL板上的测试点数在某个数值以上的产品(主要原因在于夹具的成本需要分摊);而处于两者的交界处则属于灰色地带,成本反而不好管控。飞针加速器和飞针测试机配合则可以完美解决这样的问题,原因在于飞针加速器倍增了飞针测试机的测试效率,拓展了飞针测试机的使用空间的同时降低了飞针测试的单位测试成本。文章详细讲述了飞针加速器的原理、分析了不同测式方法的单位成本以及分析了飞针加速器的应用范围供业界参考使用。
Flying probe test machine is more suitable for small batch products and test points on each PNL plate under a certain numerical products (mainly because of the slow testing speed of the flying probe); Universal test machine is more suitable for mass product testing and test points on each PNL plate above a certain numerical products (the main reason lies in the fixture cost allocation). And in the junction of the two belong to grey zone, it is difficult to control cost. Fly probe accelerator and fly probe test machine work together can perfect solve this problem; the reason is that the accelerator can double the efficiency of the fly probe test machine. So to expand the use of flying probe tester space at the same time reduce the flying probe test unit testing costs. This paper tells the principle of flying probe accelerator, analyzes the unit costs of different type testing method, and analyzes the application range of the flying probe accelerator, for the reference of PCB industry.
