摘要
随着PCB走进了高频高速领域,传输线上的信号损耗控制及测试越来越受到关注。本文重点介绍三种IPC定义的插入损耗测试方法——SET2DIL、SPP和FD。深入研究了影响SET2DIL方法测试结果偏差的一种原因,对比了SET2DIL、SPP和FD三种测试方法的数据精准度。
With the development of high speed and high frequency PCB, the control and test of signal loss on a transmission line have attracted more and more attention. In this article, we mainly introduce three kinds of testing methods of insertion loss which are defined in IPC, they are SET2DIL, SPP and FD (Frequency Domain). We make deep research on the reason of affecting the SET2DIL testing method and make a comparison of the data accuracy among the SET2DIL, SPP and FD methods.
